About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in agency environments, crafting engaging content across social media platforms to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop creative, platform-specific social media content for clients (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
· Write compelling captions, posts, campaign copy, and ad content that align with brand voice
· Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to execute integrated campaigns
· Research industry trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform content strategy
· Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
· Track and analyse social media performance and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience as a social media writer, copywriter, or content creator in an advertising/digital marketing agency
· Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media work
· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
· Understanding of social media trends, best practices, and analytics tools
· Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
