We're Hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan) Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–4 Years (excellent communication skills)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Understand client needs & pitch tailored solutions.
- Build & maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, draft proposals & assist with onboarding.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of leads & deals.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research on trends, prospects, and competitors.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion & presentation skills.
- Confident, well-presented, and sales-focused mindset.
- Experience in B2B or service-based industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
