Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team for the US Process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience handling US or North American customers through voice support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up details.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of US Calling Experience.
- Experience in North American Customer Support/Voice Process is mandatory.
- International BPO experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,570.96 - ₹47,387.52 per month
