Job Description Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
- Maintain an organized filing system for confidential documents and records.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal departments, clients, vendors, government authorities, and business associates.
- Coordinate communication with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Draft letters, emails, notices, and other business communications on behalf of the MD.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, conferences, and official visits.
- Manage office supplies and administrative requirements for the MD's office.
Business Support
- Follow up with departments regarding project status, pending approvals, and compliance matters.
- Assist in preparing budgets, proposals, and business documents as required.
Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
- Manage expense records and travel-related documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Any field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
