Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Duties
* Welcome and attend visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
* Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
* Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
* Manage office appointments and meeting schedules.
* Handle courier, parcel, and document coordination.
* Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
Required Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
* Professional and polite behavior.
* Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
* Good telephone etiquette.
* Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English communication preferred.
Qualification
* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
* Experience in receptionist, telecalling, customer handling, or front office role preferred.
Experience
* Fresher or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
