Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
- Own day-to-day Oracle Cloud ERP security operations across FSCM and HCM in a production support model.
- Administer user access, role assignments, data security context, profiles, custom roles, data roles, security profiles, Area of Responsibility assignments, and HCM Data Loader security activities.
- Support secure end-to-end business processes by aligning Oracle application security with business, risk, and control requirements.
- Perform quarterly update impact assessments, regression testing support, access reviews, audit support, segregation of duties analysis, and mitigation tracking.
- Resolve security issues in an SLA-driven support model while coordinating with functional teams, developers, business owners, and information security and risk stakeholders.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential; on-call support required based on project assignment
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP security in a production support model across FSCM and HCM modules.
- Experience using Oracle Cloud Security Console to administer users, roles, data security context, profiles, and access changes.
- Experience maintaining custom roles, data roles, security profiles, Area of Responsibility assignments, and HCM Data Loader security activities.
- Experience supporting quarterly update impact analysis, regression testing, user access reviews, audits, segregation of duties analysis, and mitigation tracking.
- Experience securing Oracle BI / OTBI reports, analyses, data models, and subject areas.
- Experience supporting SOX-related controls and Oracle Risk Management Cloud processes in a ticket-based support model with service level agreements.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance or Oracle Risk Management Cloud across Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls, and Financial Reporting Compliance.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementation and enhancement activities.
- Experience across additional Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM modules.
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Experience with automation for recurring security support activities.
- Experience using PL/SQL for troubleshooting and issue investigation.
