Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Handle domestic and international ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage reception activities, visitor handling, and telephone communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and maintain records.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Executive Assistant, Receptionist, Front Office, or Administrative Support roles.
- Knowledge of travel booking and ticketing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
