Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new customer and dealer relationships, generating leads, and expanding our market presence across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach new dealers, distributors, retailers, and other potential customers.
* Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and dealers.
* Present and explain products, pricing, offers, and promotional schemes to customers.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Follow up with leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
* Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
* 0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably in sports nutrition, nutraceuticals, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer relationship-building abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Basic knowledge of computer.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
