About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. As an Immigration Consultant Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client visa requirements, and providing personalized guidance throughout the visa application process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating client profiles and offering transparent, constructive feedback
- Enhancing clients' visa prospects with strategic guidance
- Identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads to drive sales growth
- Proactively reaching out to prospects and managing client expectations
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
- Monitoring sales performance to achieve organizational goals
- Tracking business-related documentation and invoices
- Supporting and mentoring sales team members to enhance performance

- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Sound understanding of visa processes and documentation requirements
