We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Develop audience targeting strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Create engaging ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversions.

Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event tracking.

Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and advertising policies on Meta platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to achieve campaign goals.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing strategies.

Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion campaigns.

Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel and analytics tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
