Job Title: Site Supervisor

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage labor, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards for facade and fenestration installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day on-site supervision, installation work, and workforce.
Ensure high-quality standards and adhere to project timelines.
Monitor material usage and coordinate with project engineers/managers.
Enforce site safety guidelines and quality protocols.
Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass or above (Diploma in Civil/Mechanical preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant on-site supervision experience.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Facades, Aluminium Glazing, and uPVC Windows & Doors is highly preferred.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
