Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning domestic & international travel itineraries
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, and tour packages
- Provide travel recommendations and support throughout the journey
- Maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of Kannada (preferred)
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
