Job purpose
Seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityNow (Cloud) Expert to manage and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM)
platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for access administration, application onboarding, certification processes, and platform
support, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Access Administration
- Administer and manage user access within SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Support and maintain Jira Service Management (JSM) SailPoint API integrations for access provisioning.
- Enhance and support Joiner and Leaver workflows to automate identity lifecycle processes.
- Maintain and support UKG SailPoint connector integrations.
- Support and enhance SailPoint pre-processor applications (custom C#/.NET).
- Integrate Active Directory Managed (ADM) and Service Accounts into IAM controls.
Application Onboarding
- Lead onboarding of third-party and vendor applications into the IAM platform.
- Implement SailPoint connectors (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) where applicable.
- Externalize authentication and authorization mechanisms for vendor applications.
- Perform flat-file-based onboarding for unsupported systems.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models for new and existing applications.
Access Certification Administration
- Administer periodic access certification campaigns.
- Develop and maintain custom email templates for certification communications.
- Automate certification processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards for senior management and auditors.
Platform Support & Operations
- Support and maintain SailPoint infrastructure components including Virtual Appliances and IQ Services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues and system errors.
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability.
- Use tools such as Postman for API testing and integrations.
Key competencies
Essential skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (Cloud).
- Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, JSM integration).
- Working knowledge of IAM concepts: provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, certification.
- Experience with connectors and integrations (Salesforce, Oracle, UKG, etc.).
- Proficiency in C#/.NET (for pre-processor support).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and service account management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Postman or similar API tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with IdentityIQ or other IAM tools.
- Knowledge of cloud security and identity governance frameworks.
- Understanding of compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
