Senior Sales Manager - Digital Inks
8-10 years (Relevant industry experience mandatory)
To lead and grow the digital ink sales business across domestic and international markets by developing customers, distributors, and strategic accounts in the textile and industrial printing segments.
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of digital textile inks, pigment inks, water-based inks, and UV inks
Develop new customers and manage existing key accounts
Expand distributor and dealer network in India and overseas
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Market Expansion
Identify new markets, applications, and customer segments
Handle export sales, international distributors, and overseas clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Customer & Technical Coordination
Work closely with technical and production teams for customer solutions
Support customers with application guidance and product selection
Resolve commercial and technical sales issues
Strategic Planning
Prepare sales forecasts and growth plans
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
8-10 years of B2B sales experience in inks / textile / printing industry
Strong exposure to digital textile inks or industrial inks
Experience in domestic & international sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel
