Job Title: Barista
Job Summary:
A Barista prepares and serves coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. They maintain cleanliness, handle payments, and ensure a welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages like smoothies, Mojito and Bubble tea.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
