Job Summary:
The Senior Executive – Hospitality will be responsible for managing end-to-end hospitality operations including site coordination, event execution, travel desk management, and head office food & beverage services. The role requires hands-on experience in hotel operations, particularly in the Food & Beverage division, along with strong coordination and service delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Coordination & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day hospitality operations across sites.
- Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and readiness of all hospitality areas.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor service quality and ensure high standards of guest experience.
- Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
2. Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and functions.
- Liaise with vendors for catering, décor, logistics, and event setup.
- Prepare event budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
3. Travel Desk Management
- Manage travel bookings including flights, hotels, and local transport.
- Coordinate with travel vendors/agents for cost-effective arrangements.
- Maintain travel records, approvals, and itineraries.
- Ensure seamless travel experience for employees and guests.
4. Head Office Food & Beverage Operations
- Oversee cafeteria and pantry operations at the head office.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and timely service of food and beverages.
- Coordinate with catering vendors and monitor service standards.
- Manage menu planning, vendor performance, and cost control.
5. Training & Development
- Train hospitality and support staff on service standards and protocols.
- Conduct regular briefings to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and hospitality best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and F&B operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Vendor management and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations during events
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in hotels with banquet exposure is highly preferred
- Must have hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations in hotels
- Prior experience in corporate hospitality or facility management is an advantage
