About the Role
MIIPA Building Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Lighting Division to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development within the lighting, electrical, or building solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Lighting, Electrical, Building Materials, or Building Solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates owning a two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be preferred.
