Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Officer for the Customer Assistance Team (CAT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. The Senior Officer will collaborate with various departments, provide feedback on customer trends, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service metrics to assist management in decision-making.
- Participate in training and development initiatives for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
