Telecaller
- Call prospective students and candidates from provided leads
- Explain TMS courses, services, and process clearly
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status
- Answer basic queries related to courses, fees, and timelines
- Coordinate with counsellors and management for conversions
