Key responsibilities
· Patient guidance: Explain financial responsibilities, help with payment plans, and assist with patient admissions and paperwork.
· To convert the Op patients to IP Patient.
· Insurance and pre-certification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, initiate pre-certification with insurance companies, and gather clinical information as needed.
· Administrative duties: Collect necessary documents, sign-off forms, and update patient records.
· Communication: Liaise with patients, families, insurance companies, and other hospital departments to ensure smooth financial processing.
· Financial aid: Assist patients in applying for financial aid programs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
