2. Assess whether the work type requested by the doctor is compatible with the provided scan/model/impression
3. Identify technical limitations such as insufficient clearance, layering issues in scans, Distortions, inaccuracies, or incomplete data
4. Communicate clearly with doctors regarding: Case feasibility, Required modifications, Need for re-scan or new impression, wherever applicable
5. Suggest the most appropriate alternative treatment or work type when the requested work is not feasible with the provided scan/model.
6. Ensure all technical clarifications are communicated diplomatically and professionally to maintain strong doctor relationships
7. Act as the primary technical point of contact between doctors and internal production teams
8. Document-case related communications and technical observations accurately in the system
