Position: Finance Manager
We are looking for a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Monitor performance against budgets and provide actionable insights
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Strategic Finance
- Support business decisions through financial modeling and cost analysis
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital efficiently
- Participate in business planning, M&A evaluations, fundraising, and investor relations
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align financial and business objectives
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
### Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred)
CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA qualification preferred
5+ years of experience in financial management, controlling, or senior finance roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance
Experience with ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
### Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or facility management sectors
Exposure to M&A, fundraising, or investor relations
Experience in sustainability-focused or impact-driven organizations
