We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational, customer service, and team management skills to ensure smooth store functioning and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and team coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and store hygiene standards
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
- Coordinate with vendors, kitchen, and operations teams
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards
- Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales targets
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues effectively
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities
- Knowledge of store operations, inventory, and billing processes
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in Store Management within the F&B industry

- Strong operational and people management skills
- Experience handling restaurant, café, QSR, or food outlet operations preferred
- Ability to maintain operational discipline and service quality
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
