WohlPhysio International Pvt Ltd is a growing healthcare and rehabilitation organization providing physiotherapy, homecare rehabilitation, advanced rehabilitation services, and strength & conditioning programs. With multiple centres and expansion plans underway, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support our continued growth.
Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Human Resource functions across the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, workforce planning, statutory compliance, HR policy implementation, employee engagement, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional capable of managing employees across multiple locations while building systems and processes that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Lead and manage the overall HR function across all departments and locations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure adequate staffing and workforce availability across all business units.
- Monitor workforce productivity, manpower utilization, and employee performance.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Support organizational development and succession planning initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads and management.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain recruitment pipelines through job portals, educational institutions, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Ensure timely hiring to support current operations and future expansion.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse employee turnover trends.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Monitor KPIs and performance standards across departments.
- Recommend promotions, salary revisions, incentives, and performance improvement plans.
- Support employee development and career progression initiatives.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate payroll preparation and salary processing activities.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Manage salary revisions, incentives, promotions, and employee benefit programs.
- Coordinate closely with the Finance and Accounts team.
Compliance & Labour Law Administration
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
- Manage statutory obligations including PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Shops & Establishments requirements, and other applicable compliances.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits and inspections.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee investigations when required.
- Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused work culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Training & Development
- Identify organizational training needs.
- Coordinate induction, technical, operational, and leadership training programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
HRMS & Reporting
- Manage HRMS, attendance systems, and digital HR processes.
- Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics.
- Generate regular HR reports and management dashboards.
Organizational Growth & Expansion
- Support new clinic launches and expansion projects through workforce planning and recruitment.
- Develop scalable HR systems, policies, and processes.
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 7–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, wellness organizations, or multi-location service industries preferred.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Strong recruitment and workforce planning capabilities.
