We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
