About the Role
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our team and support business-critical applications and operational processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
Freshers with a basic understanding of SQL and Excel are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production applications and business processes.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data-related issues.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams for issue tracking and resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and document findings.
- Ensure timely response and closure of support tickets as per defined SLAs.
- Maintain system health and proactively identify potential issues.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, filters, data validation).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
