Gurcharanam Academy is a Kota-based educational institute providing quality coaching for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Pre-Foundation (Classes 6–10) students. We are committed to academic excellence and student success through innovative teaching methodologies and dedicated mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and administration of the branch.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets for the center.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate academic and non-academic staff.
- Monitor faculty performance and ensure high-quality academic delivery.
- Oversee student admissions, counseling, and parent interactions.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain branch profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent student and parent satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the head office for smooth branch functioning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in branch management, educational administration, sales, or operations.
- Experience in the education/coaching industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
