About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, managing recruitment operations, handling onboarding activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment practices, and hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka).
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across departments.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
· Coordinate offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
· Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka).
· Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
