Position: Device Demonstrator
Work Location: Hospital OPD
Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure timely arrival at assigned OPDs as per the scheduled visit plan.
· Educate and counsel eligible patients on the benefits and features of the Virtual Care Sakhi Program.
· Provide comprehensive education on proper injection techniques, dosage administration, medication storage, and the safe disposal of needles and other sharps.
· Demonstrate the correct use of the injection pen device and ensure patients understand the complete administration process.
· Address patient queries, resolve concerns, and build confidence to enable safe and independent use of the device.
· Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, device demonstrations, and counselling sessions in the prescribed format or CRM.
· Submit daily activity reports, patient engagement records, and other required documentation within the defined timelines.
· Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, compliance requirements, and patient safety guidelines.
· Report any adverse events, product complaints, or operational issues to the appropriate stakeholders in accordance with established protocols.
· Maintain professional conduct and represent the organization positively while interacting with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
Work Schedule:
· Visit OPDs per Plan schedule.
· Conduct patient education and device demonstrations as scheduled.
Eligibility:
· Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) (ANM/GNM/B.Sc. Nursing preferred)
· Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Willingness to travel between assigned hospital locations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
