Requirements and Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience Required – 2 to 4 years in Paint Shop / Surface Coating operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of: Powder Coating, Liquid / Locker Coating, Pre-treatment processes (degreasing, phosphate, etc.), Paint Shop operations and maintenance
- Good understanding of coating quality standards and defect analysis.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and process control.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and manage shop floor operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day Paint Shop production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and control Powder Coating, Liquid/Locker Coating, and Pre-treatment processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize coating defects.
- Manage manpower on the shop floor and ensure optimum utilization.
- Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets as per plan.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
