Key Responsibilities
Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Private/Government STP FSTP projects
Review tender documents and prepare technical proposals aligned with tender requirements
Carry out design and estimation work for STP/FSTP projects
Prepare and review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
Develop BOQs, cost estimates and engineering calculations
Review engineering drawings and perform drafting activities
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and project execution
Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings (MoM), and technical documents
Support tendering activities including bid documentation and compliance requirements
Conduct site visits for project assessment, implementation support and monitoring
Liaise with clients, government departments and stakeholders as required
Ensure timely submission of proposals and project documentation
Maintain proper project records and reporting systems
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in designing, planning and implementation of:
Water Supply Projects
Wastewater Management Projects
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants (FSTP)
Sanitation Infrastructure Projects

Ltd. is seeking an experienced Design Proposal Engineer to support planning, design, estimation, proposal preparation, and implementation activities for Water, Wastewater and Sanitation Projects, including STP/FSTP projects under Government and Private sectors.
The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, proposal development, DPR preparation, tendering processes, and engineering design.
