Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales / Upwork / LinkedIn / e-Governance
Namami Software is a growing IT company specializing in Custom Software Development, Web & Mobile Application Development, e-Governance Solutions, ERP/CRM Systems, SaaS Platforms, and Digital Transformation Services. We help startups, enterprises, and government organizations build scalable and innovative digital solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth across domestic and international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Generate quality business leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Guru, and other online bidding platforms.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for Web Development, Mobile Apps, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and Custom Software Solutions.
- Explore opportunities in e-Governance projects, Government Tenders, Enterprise Software, and Digital Transformation projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Client Communication & Proposal Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Handle proposal writing, requirement gathering, project estimations, negotiations, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project scope, solution documents, and cost estimations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term business relationships.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience in Business Development for IT Services.
Strong experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, online portals, or e-Governance projects/business development.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of Website Development, Mobile Applications, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and Custom Software Solutions.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international clients (US, UK, Middle East, Europe, etc.).
- Knowledge of Government Tender Portals, GeM, CPPP, and proposal submission processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Upwork bidding strategies, lead generation tools, and email outreach.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
