Supply Chain Manager
Job Description:
Veg Dhara is looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end movement of products from procurement to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement coordination, inventory flow, grading, packing, dispatch, and delivery operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement to customer delivery.
- Supervise procurement, grading, packing, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Lead and coordinate teams across different operational functions.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of products to meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage and stock shortages.
- Oversee route planning and delivery operations for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and operational challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, warehousing, or procurement management.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational processes simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food distribution, agriculture, grocery, or logistics sectors is preferred.
