Job Summary
We are looking for Office Administrators or Project Estimators with experience in handling US clients in an international voice process. The role involves managing administrative operations customer communication project coordination and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls with US clients professionally and empathetically
Manage job scheduling tracking and documentation
Perform office administration and coordination tasks
Maintain and audit job files and compliance records
Handle accounts receivable payable payroll and basic accounting
Draft emails reports and maintain proper documentation
Resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist in project estimation budgeting and reporting
Support IT related tasks such as backups updates and system organization
Track employee work hours and project expenses
Support business development and marketing activities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in international voice process with US clients
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Graduate required Masters in Accounting or Engineering is a plus
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel Word and Outlook
Comfortable working in night shift US timing
Ability to multitask organize and meet deadlines
Strong problem solving and customer handling skills
Experience in BPO or KPO with US process preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience in project estimation or costing
Familiarity with VOIP systems
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
