Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing campaigns, brand growth, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, SMO, and customer journey management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Handle SEO, SMO, and social media marketing activities
- Create and manage customer journey and engagement strategies
- Use CRM and automation tools like HubSpot for campaign management and lead nurturing
- Coordinate with sales and creative teams for campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage website, social media content, and promotional campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- HubSpot
- Consumer Journey Mapping
- SEO & SMO
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Good understanding of analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing is a plus
- Experience in performance marketing and automation tools preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
