Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Agent to actively engage with prospects, generate leads, and close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles rejection with resilience, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You will be the frontline voice of our brand, directly impacting our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume cold and warm calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
- Inbound Sales: Receive incoming calls from interested prospects, answer questions, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Needs Analysis: Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs, pain points, and budget.
- Product Pitching: Clearly articulate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to match customer requirements.
- Objection Handling: Skillfully navigate customer hesitations and negotiate terms to close the deal.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all call details, customer information, and sales progress into the CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and call volume metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or in a similar phone-based sales role.
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
