Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain company products or services clearly.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer details in the system.
- Follow up with customers to close sales or collect feedback.
- Meet daily or monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
