Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive (Hindi) to engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, guide them through available healthcare solutions, and support them throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers via calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and drive sales conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi.
- Interest or experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
