We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting UX/UI Design & Research Intern to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process—from initial research to high-fidelity implementation. You will be a key contributor in shaping our user experience, operating with a high degree of autonomy to translate concepts into intuitive, functional digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Utilize Figma to create everything from initial wireframes and interactive prototypes to polished, high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Independent Research: Lead user research initiatives, including conducting usability testing and gathering qualitative/quantitative feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design Ownership: Take full responsibility for your design decisions, using data and research insights to iterate independently and drive projects toward completion.
- Interface Craftsmanship: Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that prioritize seamless interaction and high user satisfaction.
- System Maintenance: Develop and maintain internal design guidelines and systems to ensure a consistent and scalable visual language across all platforms.
- Process Improvement: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and new Figma features, proactively identifying ways to optimize your own design workflow.
- Advocacy: Act as the internal voice of the user, championing user-centered design principles and accessibility standards in every design decision.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
