Hiring for Presales & Solutions Consultant (Senior Consultant / Manager / Sr. Manager)

We are looking for a driven Presales & Solutions Consultant to join our Consulting & Solutions Division. In this client-facing role, you'll shape business solutions, lead presales engagements, and drive digital transformation for our clients.
Must-Have Skills:
- Customer Service or Service Desk operations knowledge
- Presales experience — RFPs, RFIs, proposals, client presentations
- Digital Transformation exposure
- Stakeholder management up to CXO level
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI responses and proposals
- Design solution architectures and technical roadmaps for clients
- Collaborate with sales teams on go-to-market strategy and value propositions
- Provide consulting across BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare domains
- Drive digital transformation, process automation, and optimization initiatives
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
What You Bring:
- 7–12 years in presales, solutions consulting, or domain consulting
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, business analysis & consulting methodologies
- Experience with cloud, AI/ML, automation & digital transformation solutions
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow
- Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience at Infosys or similar IT consulting firms preferred
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
