Finance & Administration Executive
Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinance
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Process monthly payroll, educator payments, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and maintain payroll records.
- Prepare invoices, track receivables and payables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow.
- Prepare income & expense statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain financial records, payment vouchers, invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing financial reports and compliance documentation.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including office maintenance, housekeeping, pantry, inventory, and asset management.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new employees, including workstation setup, documentation, and induction logistics.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, meetings, travel bookings, accommodation, and office events.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate with service providers, and ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services.
- Maintain office records, agreements, employee files, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide administrative support across departments.
Qualification & SkillsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, and Administration.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, reporting).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Payroll, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in invoice management, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
