We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our B2B sales team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Explain company products/services, understand client requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead nurturing and campaign updates.
- Handle client queries and objections professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Salary:
