Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
- Explain company services and convert leads into customers
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Maintain call records and customer data properly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of telesales experience
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Hindi language is mandatory
- Comfortable working under pressure and target-based environment
- Positive attitude and self-motivated personality
