Job Summary
The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the Company. The role includes office administration, vendor management, facility coordination, travel arrangements, asset management, record maintenance, and administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
· Maintain office records, files, registers, and administrative documentation.
· Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, office maintenance, and security services.
· Handle procurement of office stationery, consumables, and other administrative requirements.
· Maintain inventory of office assets, furniture, equipment, and stationery.
· Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, AMC services, courier, and logistics.
· Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and process purchase requests in accordance with Company procedures.
· Arrange employee travel, hotel bookings, transportation, and accommodation for official visits.
· Assist in organising meetings, conferences, training programmes, and company events.
· Manage incoming and outgoing courier, postal services, and official correspondence.
· Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and coordinate with building management.
· Support HR in employee onboarding, ID cards, seating arrangements, and administrative formalities.
· Maintain records of office assets and ensure timely verification.
· Coordinate vehicle management, fuel records, maintenance schedules, and driver documentation, where applicable.
· Assist in preparing MIS reports and administrative reports.
· Ensure compliance with Company administrative procedures and support statutory inspections whenever required.
· Travelling for administrative duties assigned by the Management.
· Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Management.
Educational Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline (BA/ BSc/ BCom)
· Diploma or certification in Administration or Office Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, Facility Management, or General Administration.
Required Skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Documentation and record management.
· Time management and organisational skills.

Reporting To

Compensation & Benefits
· CTC: Rs. 15K – Rs. 25K PM
· PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory benefits as applicable.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, travel management, purchase coordination, and documentation in engineering, manufacturing, marine, or infrastructure companies.
