Job Summary:
Aksara Jewellers is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Retail Sales & Marketing Executive to support showroom sales, customer engagement, tele sales activities, local marketing initiatives, and business development.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and good knowledge of the Bangalore jewellery market to support customer acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound tele sales and telecalling activities
- Contact prospective and existing customers for lead generation, follow-up, appointment scheduling, and customer engagement
- Promote jewellery collections, offers, campaigns, and showroom activities through telecalling and customer outreach
- Drive showroom sales and support achievement of business targets
- Engage with walk-in customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities
- Execute local marketing and customer acquisition activities
- Create awareness about the brand and support promotional activities in nearby market areas
- Develop understanding of customer preferences and local jewellery buying trends in Bangalore
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and customer retention initiatives
- Coordinate customer follow-up and maintain lead records
- Support business development and achievement of assigned targets
- Submit activity and performance reports to Management
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate preferred
- Experience in Jewellery, Retail Sales, Telecalling, Tele Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, or related industries preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
- Knowledge of the Bangalore local market and customer behaviour in jewellery retail will be preferred
- Ability to handle telecalling and customer interaction professionally
- Willingness to participate in local promotional and business development activities
Language Preference:
- Kannada speaking candidates will be highly preferred
- Working knowledge of English is preferred
- Additional regional language skills will be an advantage
