We are looking for a Lead Design Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong technical drawing, 3D modeling, and design development skills
- Excellent communication and professional behavior
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates currently serving notice period or who have already completed notice will have an added advantage
- Knowledge of German or French language is a strong plus
International Exposure:
- Selected candidate will undergo 3 months of onsite training in Germany (Europe) at project initiation stage.
- Opportunity to work closely with international clients and teams.
