## Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for various positions.
## Key Responsibilities
* Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
* Prepare and post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
* Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
* Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
* Ensure timely closure of open positions.
* Prepare daily and weekly recruitment MIS reports.
## Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
* Resume screening and candidate sourcing.
* Interview coordination and follow-up.
* MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
