Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, CNC Lathe, and SPM).
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in CNC control panels, PLCs, servo drives, spindle drives, and electrical circuits.
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.), servo motors, encoders, sensors, relays, and contactors.
- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, MCCs, SMPS, power supplies, and machine wiring.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC I/O layouts.
- Replace faulty electrical components and ensure machines are restored with minimal downtime.
- Perform machine calibration, parameter backup/restore, and alarm troubleshooting.
- Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with production to reduce machine downtime.
- Follow electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
