Responsibilities:
- lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent patient service and performance
- manage appointment scheduling, inventory, and clinic supplies
- ensure compliance with clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and company policies
- coordinate with doctors, aestheticians, and management for seamless clinic performance
- monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve clinic goals
- handle customer feedback and maintain high client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- proven experience in clinic management (preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness industry)
- strong leadership and people management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- customer-service oriented and results-driven
- knowledge in sales, operations, and basic accounting is an advantage
