Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our business growth initiatives across the Specialty Chemicals, Fertilizer, Sulphur, and Technical Grade Urea for trading segments. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing markets, Sales genration , driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and managing relationships in the B2B chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the organization's sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Can procure the fertilizer as per client requirement from domestic or international soucres.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new markets, products, and strategic business opportunities.
- Expand the company's customer base across domestic and international markets.
Sales Leadership
- Own and achieve annual sales, profitability, and business expansion targets.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle, from business development and customer acquisition to commercial negotiations, order closure, and payment collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and strategic accounts.
Market Development
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop market penetration strategies and strengthen the company's brand positioning.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Commercial & Customer Management
- Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions with key customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability and business objectives.
Industry Expertise
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Specialty Chemicals, Fertilizers , Sulphur, Technical Grade Urea, SOP, NPK, and related industrial products to drive business decisions and market expansion.
Travel
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 15–20 days per month) for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion initiatives.

- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and relationship management skills.
- Experience of B2B sales(sales to industries/ manufacturing units).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with leadership experience in Specialty Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Chemical Trading, or Industrial Raw Materials will be given preference.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
